• Contest entries and offers: Should you choose to submit creative ideas, audio, visual or written content in response to Chromakane’s ongoing marketing and advertising campaigns, such as contests and offers, you agree that we may use said content without restriction across our channels for promotional purposes. You remain the sole copyright and IP holder of said content, and Chromakane shall not be held liable for any potential damages or infringement which may occur because of your content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Chromakane and our partners, suppliers, affiliates, agents or employees, from any claim arising from your breach of our Terms of Service. Chromakane will not be held responsible for any fees incurred from your violation of any law or the right of a third party.
